A sidewinder would really be all you would need in a electric 1/10 unless you are planning to run some type of stupid motor/battery combo

The J82 is so tempting, if I didn't have a Slash on order, I might have got myself a J82.

Looking forward to some pics.

I picked one of those up to convert my t4 about a month ago. Since my local indoor track lets me race it in truck class, I think it will be staying with the buggy tires for awhile. :)

System Choice - 05.12.2008, 03:01 PM

As you can see from the pics my J82 is built. Know in looking for a BL system for it. I plan on using my 7 cell nimh packs for know. I will get trakpower lipo's latter. So i was thinking about getting the sidewinder & 5700kv system or the MM & 5700kv system from castle. Im leaning towards the sidewinder system because of the low cost. Any thoughts ?.

I have just received RC10T4 Team and ordered J82 conversion.

@skellyo
I wonder how many titanium turnbuckles are included in conversion kit and what pinion are you running with MM 5700?

I am going to use SW 5700kv and 2S 4000mAh hardcase Zippy LiPo :)
