At the least I would go with the MM, of course it's not much more $$ to get the MMM. You Don't have to run the MMM on 6S, it will still do 2-3-4-5S just fine too, and you wouldn't have to upgrade later if you wanted higher voltage.

If you go MM and 3S, your gonna want the CC UBEC to keep the temps down, might as well put that extra $ into getting the MMM that has a built in UBEC.

I would get the ESC and then pick up a less expensive motor like a fiegao or the medusa's. It's cost effective and you won't be having heat issues.
