You didn't sound negative; I know what you mean when it comes to comparing one motor vs. another in different platforms. I will say that the Medusa compared to my 540 8s is like night and day. The 540 8s wasn't a terrible motor (got to around 160F-170F), but the Medusa just kills it in sheer torque, power, smoothness, and overall efficiency (130F MAX on the motor).

You guys are killing me! Im thinking I made a good choice on getting a 36-60-1600V2 for my Revo. It was delivered Friday, but now i have to go to the States for the next few months so i wont be able to do anything with it :(
When i ever get it going i will try to provide some useful info to this thread.
