From a stand still, WOT tends to make 'em cog so I've found. Have you increased start power to high?

Yep, start power on high did make some difference, but not enough. I have tried all of the timing adjustments and also turned the punch control off, still no help. It might be the esc, so I will have to swap it out and see what happens.
