See if anything is stuck on your drive train. Did you disassemble the diffs? I made a mistake once and didn't remember which side the diff ring was on and I reversed one and my vehicle wouldn't move (That's what happens when you do things in a hurry ). You can start by removing the center drive shaft and rolling your vehicle to see if it moves. It it doesn't, move on the the front or rear assembly to find where the problem is.

Try reversing 2 of the motor wires. You may be spinning the motor the wrong way. The 2 speed has a one way bearing, so it will only drive in one direction.
