Bear with me, its going to be a long post..
Truck is a Revo 3.3 with centerdiff, MM and 2x 2S2P Maxamps 8Ah Lipo running as 4S.
Last weekend I was bashing in somewhat wet mud that go stuck on the wheels => really heavy truck.
All of a sudden the truck bearly moves forward, makes a strange cogging sound but works ok when beeing in the air.
Turns out that the bigger rotormagnet was loose, small one was ok.
"Coil wire"/Windings (cant remember the name) looks ok, no damage as far as I can see.
I tried to glue the magnet on with Loctite 648

All seemed well so today I took it out for a test run.
Drove in the street up and down full throttle, full brake each pass about 10 seconds long after the 5:th run I put it in reverse and then went forward again the truck cogged badly and just stopped.
I walked over and saw a mess... solder on my deans where loose (that's why is stopped) tremendious heat all on ALL wires, all shrinkwrap on deans melted, shrinkwrap on Lipo melted where the wires came out, even the "meash net" over the motor wires melted
Pic of orignial install:
Motor, ESC and wires was as you understand very hot, lipo was hot as well (not as bad as the motor).
I have plugged a 2S battery into the MM and servo is working and it arms so I hope it survied.
Sofar no swollen cells on the Lipo but it looks like crap, I will discharge it and try to charge it while keeping an eye at it.
Any ideas on what could have caused this ?
(The 9XL and I arent really on speaking terms right now, and yes I do tend to speak to my RC stuff, just makes them abit happier.
