Yeah, the other wire (red/white) next to it is the temp sensor. I have an Ice charger too and my experience with its temp sensor was disappointing - the temp it reads lags way behind the batt temp and makes it mostly a curiosity and I won't use it.
The Hyperion temp probe is much better, it has much better contact with the batt surface for starters and follows batt temp pretty good. |
