Well, i can tell from my personal experience that they are arrogant.

A little story;

I asked them if the plugs i used are suitable (because i heard about the 'loose contact' issue..) He told me that the plugs are perfect.

One fine day, my schulze burned down.. I sent it back, and i got an email telling me, that it was the result of guess what... Loose contacts.. he even accused me of machining on my plugs. he was willing to give me a 25 percent discount on a new one..

After i told him that i asked him for the plugs, so that his knowledge had to cost me a fortune... He offered me a generous 50 percent discount..

After a few emails i got him replacing my esc for free, i didn't want any troubles with the plugs anymore, so i ordered a set of plugs from him as well.. i needed to pay 70 dollars, for an half hour of labour, invested in researching the esc and 8 sets of plugs..

I got a nice collection of pics from burned schulzes... I only know about 1 time that the 18.97 was replaced without a fuzz.. Only one of the many that went down...
