I have not had an electric car in some 15 years and those ran off of nimh cells, which a discharge could be a helful tool, and thats where my question came from. So, in the end I am just trying to catch up with the times and this forum has been very helpful.  Now I need to decide if I will get the Duo or not and I can wrap this up.
