I had been debating the tekno mount for the LST2. I was waiting for the 40mm mount to be available, but they dont sell the adjustable motor mount plate option, so it wouldn't it be just another unadjustable stationary mount. ?

Note: Tekno RC V3 Motor Mount Plates (TKR40002, TKR40002A) not included and are not required. Your application may vary and the motor mount plates may make it easier to adjust gear mesh.

The 36mm tekno mount I have has the 4 m4 thread holes placed in a square pattern, 34mm apart on both sides. If the slots for the nitro mount line up with those specs, then you should be able to use it. Problem is that it will sit too far back from the spur, unless you use the tekno clutch adapter and a clutch setup to make up the space.

That really depends, if you're still using the 2 speed clutchbell type setup & the gears line up nicely next to the spurs all that the mount would need to do is slide from back to front (of the truck) to adjust the mesh. Just like the nitro motor mount does.

The nitro motor mount doesn't move any other way apart from the forward/backward movement up to the transmission & to & from the tank.

I know a guy here that bought one & I want to see if it'll suit my truck & clutch set up. If so, giddyup(!!), I'm buying one.

By the way, is there a pic of these plates?

I just measured the screw holes from the nitro motor mount still mounted to my motor & they are not even close to being the same distance. Maybe these plates will solve that issue??
