I got my money back from Troy a couple days ago, but only after filing a complaint through paypal and playing the game there. No 10% voucher lol

I think that is my next option. I will probably send him one more email letting him know that I will be going that route if I dont hear back from him. I just find it odd that he was fairly quick on replying until I sent the package back. Now I cant even get an email response and he has had the package for 3 weeks now.

Well I still haven't haven't heard from Troy so I opened up a case this morning. Amazingly paypal now says funds pending and a refund has been issued. Guess he doesn't really worry until you file a clain.

He does have great prices but his service is a little lacking , not the first issue I have had with him but the first time it was this bad. Other times were just slow shipping or not having the item in stock even though the site said it was.

Anyways just happy to get some $$$ back. Now maybe I will buy a Slash with it.

Funny isnt it, you can email him 5 times telling him you are going to open a paypal case if he doesnt respond, he doesnt respond, but when you do open a case he instantly gets your money back. Sort of like an irritating forced savings account with no interest lol. 40 days later you get to buy something else, somewhere else
