I'm not 100% sure, but I think 32 pitch is something like 0.8. Here are a few part numbers from https://sdp-si.com/eStore/:

32 Pitch:

S10A6Z-032H024 (24T, Hardened Alloy Steel, 0.25 face width). The bore D. is 0.2498 and some places show it as exactly 6mm, but others have it a tad bit larger (6.3). If it is larger, see if you can find some sort of brass tube that has walls that are 0.04 (roughly 1mm) thick.

0.8 Module:

A 1Y 2MY08020 (20T, 416 Stainless Steel, 6mm face width, no set screw)
A 1C 2MY08020 (20T, Carbon Steel, 6mm face width, no set screw)
A 1Y 2MY08024 (24T, 416 Stainless Steel, 6mm face width, no set screw)
A 1C 2MY08024 (24T, Carbon Steel, 6mm face width, no set screw)
A 1Y 2MY08025 (25T, 416 Stainless Steel, 6mm face width, no set screw)
A 1C 2MY08025 (25T, Carbon Steel, 6mm face width, no set screw)

Find a machine shop and have them put hole(s) for the set screws on the hub.
