They go from lowest to highest, actually. The higher degrees (larger numbers) of timing are used mainly for outrunners or other motors with more poles. 5* or 10* works well for Feigaos and other 2 pole motors, 15* works well for Neus; which are 4 pole motors, and 20* and 25* should be used for outrunners and the like with 6 poles or more. Higher timing in a low pole motor creates excess heat. It's complicated, I can explain it if you like .

Yeah the CC ESC's are great. I've never owned one but I can tell just from what I've seen on the forum. One of these days I'll get a MMM V2.
