I feel your pain, I have sent in 3 quark escs for service, 2 of mine and another member's esc...

Sent to Korea, but no reply to email and no confirmation that they have received them. Global tracking is also not working on line, so I may have to call the PO and see whats up. I hate shipping stuff out of the country...
