Which "felt" more powerful? Seems like the MMM can pass some serious current, and feed the motor well.

What's the current rating of the MMM?, I know the MM V2 is rated at 200A continuous so presumably has a higher burst rate than the MGM 160. The MGM is obviously rated at 160A's continuous and 200A burst, so the MMM if rated the same as an MM V2 would feel more powerful because it is.
The MM V2 has it on price, especially if you then go to the MGM 224, but the MGM is available in a waterproof version, not a problem for you dear old boy's from the sunny states but useful here in the UK.

Losi 8T RR - Novarossi Plus 21-5BT/ Jammin JP3 - Teknorc 8T - Neu 1515-1Y - MGM 16025-3 Z Series ESC.

The MMM was smoother, but, the MGM felt more powerful...IMO. When my 1512 1yF gets back from repair I will retest and post results. I am sure if I fiddled w/the settings I could get the temps down a bit w/the mmm. Also, not worrying about temps. w/the MGM made me drive the buggy even harder... And there is something to be said for worry free driving....

1. MBX-6 T8 1900KV, RX8 ON 4S
2. MBX-5T 1520, MMM ON 5S
3. MBX-5 ONROAD CONVERSION 1515, MMM ON 5S
4. MRX-3 ON ROAD CONVERSION 1512, MMM ON 6S
5. TEN T 2650 T8, MMP ON 3S

Thanks for the testing and thread! I just recently had my money refunded on the MMM. I am saving for the MGM 22418. I am running a MM now and it thermals almost every time out and I run conservatively due to this. Would be nice to be able to put the hammer down and not worry about temps and other things. Keep us updated.
