I wonder how castle did handle the returned stuff, I've got a odd message from tracking system for the parcel i sent.
It said the parcel is waiting in post office and the adressee has been warned that It does have 15 days to pick it up. Is there Nobody to received packing or what ?

So - I'm not sure I am 100% clear on the return process for working V1 MMMs. I have 2 that are currently going strong and fan still works but I am still concerned about it dying on me one day.
Once the supply of V2 MMMs is good will we be able to replace the V1 that are working for free? I don't mind paying shipping, but I wouldn't expect to be asked to pay a replacement fee. |
