The issue is that Vista 64 has a more protected kernal and only allows for signed device drivers which I don't believe the MM is and hence it won't install them...

I think I talked to JRH about this on another forum. I didnt have vista then, but now I have 64bit. I believed its not authorized because it costs for it to be authorized or something. I thought they fixed it but nope I just tried to use castle link today......
