When the power supply isnt in use, cant you just turn it off at the wall socket?
yep, but I don't think that it needs the fan when I'm discharging a battery, or when the chargers are just sitting there, I want some kind of heat sensing unit to turn the fan on and off, but i know that that would just be like $20 when a switch is something like $0.50
well, I hooked up the fan to a switch, and I left the fan off for about 15 minutes while the charger was hooked up to it but not charging anything, and when I came back it was actually warm, right now I'm testing it to see if it gets warm with no fan and no charger, but it looks nice, here's some pics:
I just checked it after 15 minutes and no charger and no other kind of load, but it still got warm on the bottom, I guess I should have taken the fan out and tested it before I put a switch in, it still looks cool though.
