I had the same problem with my conversion. I was running a futaba fm radio. I ended up putting a spektrum system in it and have had no problems since. You could try isolating some of the wiring. I don't know how you have it all set up but if you have all the wiring, reciever, bec, etc all bunched up and close together that can cause interference. I second metal man as well try different configs if you have the means. See what works.

i can try the receiver pack (though not right now stripped a spur gear doh..) it seemed to work fine with my 16.8v emaxx, could the increase in power to 18.5v make the difference?
