Good thing you started this thread because I have a question for the Novak guys as well.

What would be the Kv of a HV 1.5 and 2.5?

Reason for the question is, I'll be soon having a 200A ESC coming and I plan on using the above mentioned HV to try and set a 2S lipo speed record.
Do the math. If the 4.5 is 5000 kv a 2.5 would theoretically be 4.5/2.5 x 5000 = 9000kv and a 1.5 would be 4.5/1.5 x 5000 = 15000 kv, but in reality, I would guess more like 8000 and 12000 since it would be hard to fit all that wire in the stator with less turns to work with.
