Not that bad...you have to carefully read the directions...The end points exp. are simple to set up. The hardest for me was adding models to memory and not over riding the existing memory. With anything, the more you use it the easier it becomes. Now it is no big deal to me...of course it has been 2yrs. w/the radio. The manual is a bit intimidating though..

I don't mean to sound negative about the radio. As with any radio, it can be confusing at times...but, it is a lot cheaper than others and I am glad I made the choice for the 3pm..
