I like it! Do you know how the painter made those natural scratches on it?

I don't know how he did it, but for a similar effect, you can spray the paint on and while it's still wet take some bunched up plastic wrap or a bunched up plastic bag and pat the wet paint fairly lightly. After spray a different color. It looks like he used a metallic-ish red with a silver under it and a candy blue with silver under it.
