I would hope for Castles and our sake that they get it right with V3 and there is no need for a V4 or 5, you'd have to think their reputation would be severly damaged if it gets to that point and they would be losing a lot of customers.

although they have not gotten it perfect i still think castle is one of the best companies as far as customer service goes. this will play a MAJOR role on how many people stay and how many people just leave and forget about CC.
