Yeah, use 3.7v/cell for most anything. True, lipos are at 4.2v/cell fresh off the charger, but they don't stay there long at all - just look at any graph. I just put higher voltages there for those who may want it for whatever reason.

BL_RV0: You are right, it is hard to know your tire ballooning value for sure. It's there so you can estimate changes in speed - particularly at higher speeds where ballooning becomes more of a factor. Ballooning is definitely not desired because of reduced control, but it is a factor. In short, use 0" for the minimum speed, but keep in mind that top speed may be higher and ballooning is probably the reason why.
