12 cells at 2A is ~24 watts. It's gonna get warm. My Hyperion EOS 7i does that too - gotta remember it is converting all that energy to pure heat. Also, you might be hitting a power limit. My Hyperion has a 20w limit, so the higher cell counts I go, the less current it will discharge at.

Hmm.. I do have another charger, but it will only facilitate 15 cells at a time. I would have to revert to single pack discharging.

I'll check the fan later tonight... To be honest, the fan on the power supply was filthy and I had to remove it and clean it before use.

do you have any recommendations Brain? like a basic setup for discharging and charging... I am currently running 3 sets of 16 cell packs and a 12 cell pack (all have cycled up to an average of 3200 mah)
