It'is for sure pleanty of power and will work great. Same for the 1600 on 5 & 6s lipo.
I prefer a setup with the 36-60-1600 on a higher voltage over a 2000 because that setup is more efficiënt (les A draw needed for the same power) and runs cooler.

Njord please tell us all what you think of the medusa 70mm I'm really thinking about using it in a CRT b/c i love the 36-60-2000 in my buggy. And I think I'll go with the 36-70-2000 b/c I only have 4s lipos. Sound Right?

For a good answer I want to taste the pudding before. If have planned a run the 36-70-1600 and 36-80-1600 for next week monday. Both with the same ESC (MGM Z 16025-3) & blackbox.
The 36-70-2000 will have a higher peak A than the the 36-60. If your ESC can handle it my first thoughts/feelings are that it sounds OK.
I'll post foto's of the motors tomorrow.
