Sudden Brakes? -
11.06.2005, 07:13 AM
I notice it when I am at WOT, release the trigger and as the truck is coasting to slow down, POP! The brakes seem to lock for a fraction of a second.
What causes this?

After reprogramming the controller , ran it on 12 cells, and it did it again. Attached is a pic, it may be worth a thousand words!

Per Mike's instructions in the .pdf file. The system runs normally except for cogging (only at the slowest speed), and the brake glitch when I release the trigger at high speed. It accelerates, coasts, and brakes as normal.

BTW, not everytime I release the trigger at high speed do I have the problem, only about 2 times per set of batteries.
