James that gear would be the easyest to use since there would be no modding needed . I was just trying to use the stock ratio if possible .

That is the gear I use on my gtp with the kb45 motor. I have not had any issues with it so far. I do not like steel spurs due to the noise, and the only 6mm bore pinions I found were not hardened, so I had to use a plastic spur.

Thats the reason i want to use the plastic spur because of the noise .

That is the main reason I use them. And hopefully it is slightly weaker than the glue used to hold the magnet on the motor shaft. I would rather replace the spur than the motor.

Just put a stereo on your vehicle. And yes, it's possible (I've done it).

LMAO . Thats awsome brian .

I got some more work done . I mounted the battery box & made a radio tray . I also installed UPGRADE RC chassis protection tape on the bottom of the chassis. I will have pics latter today .
