this is where that belt drive center line desgin buggy would be nice battery weight wouldnt matter so much, jsut set the shocks up to handle it......

with my 1515 2.5 d in my buggy i ran a 30 minute amain on my 5s 5000 FP pack it i felt it dump as i was pulling in the pit right after i crossed the line, now my exact same setup in my GS truggy i had for awhile would only run 21-23 minutes, but i was running beadklocks and heavy inserts but the truck prolly weighed an extra 3.5 pounds over the buggy.....

if you wanna run 5s 8000 run two packs one on each side, with the front across from the servos up front, like the caster buggy, this way it wouldnt affect the handling so bad.

or you can swap batteries at half way and stick to the much smaller and lighter batts.
