Thanks for the help guys. After a couple beverages, looking at the diagrams that came with the LBA10 and some testing with the multimeter I came up with and adapter to make the board that I got from RCM to work with the LBA10. I only wired the adapter up for 4s but that's the largest Lipo I got so it should do the trick for now. Will be able to use the board for all my lipos now.

Now that I think about it though. How am I going to charge 2 2s lipos at the same time using the LBA10? Hell with it. I am done..... I'll just keep doing it the same way I have for the past year without the LBA10.

If you want to balance charge two lipos at the same time, you need two LBA10's and the hyperion network cable. IF you decide to go this route, let me know - I have the set up NIB. I was going to ask, since you live so close, why not take a spin over to MaxAmps and see if they can hook you up with a common adaptor to use with all of your different packs? I think all you might have to do is switch the plastic piece. They also carry the cable you were looking for.
I ordered individual Hyperion adaptors for each brand of pack, so they all came with wires.
My Brother in law bought his locally, and it didnt come with a connector wire....not sure why they sell them that way.
