HV 6.5 pro issues?

I have the same exact issues you guys are describing and bought an FM radio / receiver to see if that takes care of it and it still does it. I am just hoping its an easy fix because I like Novak a lot and have also used their electronics before for years.

Someone else told me about the fan so I guess I can try that to see if it works.

My brother in laws was replaced with a new one. Unfortunately, he didn't get any information on what they found.

Our Tech Staff prefers to answer customer application questions directly. The quickest way to get help is to email charlie@teamnovak.com .

Often the techs have follow-up questions for the customer, so they require direct access rather than going thru me. I, personally, am not qualified to answer technical queries.
