My brother in laws was replaced with a new one. Unfortunately, he didn't get any information on what they found.

Our Tech Staff prefers to answer customer application questions directly. The quickest way to get help is to email charlie@teamnovak.com .
Often the techs have follow-up questions for the customer, so they require direct access rather than going thru me. I, personally, am not qualified to answer technical queries. |
