what needs to be replaced on my 3905?

i have inspected the pivot balls and the caps. nothing out of the ordinary. what are the hubs? i forgot to check the bearings . thanks

Hub is the thing the pivot balls sit in, and it has the wheel bearings in it. Sounds like a wheel bearing to me.
