These are the compartments for the Lipos. I cut them out of 3mm cfk-plates. They allow for four different settings in terms of weight and weight allocation.
1. 1P in front, 2. 1P lower and more rear, 3. 2P in front, 4. 2P front and rear.

Have you considered mounting the 1p tray sideways on the chassis rather than straight and diagonal?

That's how it looks like with lipos. 1P is 2,7 ponds.
The electrics besides the ESC are voltage-controls for 16 cells plus a voltage control and limiter for the receiver-lipo.

BTW: The 3080 has the same diameter but is 40 mm longer, heavier (3,5 ponds) and of course more powerfull if not to say too powerfull for this car.

Sweet. Your setup looks nicer with the lipos installed.

Last but not least some pictures prior and after test driving.
I think that's it for the moment. Please feel free to ask for more details and thanks for watching.

Regards,
Hermann

Unfortunately not but you can download the manual from th FG homepage. I wanted to keep the Lipos in the most secure and protected area in the car and that is right in the middle although it might be better to have the weight lower in the car.

How can you have too much POWER You can NEVER have too much power

You Herman ... Really make me regret that I traded 3 FG cars and 2 extra 26cc motors for a lathe

Ooh and welcome from Denmark
