A CD will not allow standing backflips, it will unload power to the front wheels helping to keep it planted. it will help in handling. Having just sold my Revo after a string of MT's i have owned and buying a buggy I woill say buggy, but that isa biased opinion.

I recommend looking at 1/8 buggies and truggies, and unless you have a machine shop at your disposal, choose something that rc-m or tekno make conversion parts for. Another reason to go with 1/8 buggy is you will be running it against a buggy :) Even with a locked CD a buggy will not do standing backflips, it sits too low, but will wheelie.

As cool as the standing flips look they are very hard on parts. I shredded several revo diffs doing them.
