phatmonk RC carbon junkie Offline Posts: 634 Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: Iowa	11.27.2008, 07:04 PM Yea turkey day.When your a Chef you allways work Turkey Day.But not this year.Its one of those things you start at before dawn and its ready at 11:30 Turkey in the Bag secret poultry brine,Fresh roasted yams with maple glaze,homemade whole wheat braided rolls,etc..........................Its all second nature.
