BEC ratings for sidewinder micro

Question BEC ratings for sidewinder micro - 11.30.2008, 02:11 AM

anyone know the amp rating for this little guy? i have a small digital servo i would like to use with it. i think the servo is rated at like 160 milliamps or so but i figure the bec can handle that and my s3000 right?

What voltage? It's the combination of voltage higher than the BEC output (typically 5v) times the load current. Keep the voltage at 2s and it should be fine. The receiver uses neglible amounts of current (prob about 5mA) - it justs acts as a distribution point for the BEC power.

kinda what i was thinking about the rec too. will only be a 2s car as its for my two year old daughter, thanks your the man mister G
