Those are the same ones I use on my "Monstered" e-crt.5. The yellow springs work great. I cut 2 coils off of each spring so I could get the ride height I wanted, but the overall spring rate is very good.

The stock pistons are 1.4mm holes, but I like 1.5mm hole pistons with 35 - 40wt oil if you drive at a track. If you are just bashing then the 1.4mm pistons with 20 - 25 wt oil.
