Sorry for your trobles. It sucks when something like that happens. I know they must have run you through everything, but just by chance did they have you reset it by pressing the little hidden button on the back to reboot the drive?? You have to use a paperclip or something very tiny to get to it. Just a thought. I don't usually promote extended warrenties, but when it comes to something like that and it cost you an arm & a leg I always get a two or three years cover plan. Once again sorry for your loss. Where did you buy it at? SOmetimes they have a tech who knows a lot about the GPS's and can run through it a lot cheaper, then sending it back to TomTom. Good luck with that GPS man.
