It was a lot of fun! It was in Saugus, CA.
This was my first racing, ever. I just wish that they put a larger time between events 2 and 3, both of which I raced in. Event 2 was stock sportsman, and I ran my Rustler with a 3s Lipo and Feigao 540 12s in this class. When I signed up asking if I could do it, I don't think the guy was listening when he said "okay".
Race number 3 was 1/8 buggy, which I was running my X-Terminator (electric) in, thanks to camel_rc's front buggy shocks and dabid's 12 cells (which I broke during the 2nd heat!).
This has got me considering racing on a more local level at SoCal RC Raceway, which is a mere 5mins. away.
