You've already spent the cost of a Medusa on those things

I've got a freebie 6XL in my Hyper 7, running it hard on 4s until it dies.

All I ever wanted was an honest weeks pay for an honest days work.

I sold my 10XL, so now I'm motorless :( Hopefully they will be here in the next week. Maybe I'll get lucky and my LHS will have rims for my RC10T4 so I can run that this coming weekend. =/

So.... any word on the arrival of these phantom 70mm and 80mm motors?

I see a few people pre-ordered them over 2 months ago....

....but I have not seen anyone actually get one yet...other than mike...did I miss something?

I used a "bottom" line.

Nice. :O

Hope its same for the 70mm motors.

I dunno if i made a mistake by ordering the 70mm 2300kv for my brushless 1/8 buggy. Seems like the amp draw for 2200kv 80mm is about the same. But more power.

If you are pulling the same amount of amps for a given voltage, the power is the same.

The 70mm Medusa will do fine in a buggy. Many run the 60mm in a buggy with success - although i wouldn't unless it was really light (~7lbs).

lol, I'm sure it works fine, I just wouldn't run it that's all.

And yes, if you were running a fan, I would REALLY hate it!

Then you'd be happy to know the MMM on that truck is fan-less .

But back on topic, I can't wait for the 80mm Medusa I ordered to show up! My Savage hasn't been driven in about 3-4 months because the crap KD-36 went over 300 deg. and a Feigao 12XL met a similar fate.
