Generally speaking though, outrunner builds are more of a curiosity- saves abit of weight, gains you a bit of power, quieten downs the drive train noise, but also adds a certain degree of complexity that cant just be taught or explained; you learn as you go along, so it isnt as simple as copying a normal conversion or building a normal inrunner setup.

I wouldn't mind a "master pile" of outrunner information either. I find myself constantly researching and checking out new motors when they come out.
I guess I'm looking for that brand new configuration with the mysterious pole count and wind that's going to do what no other motor has ever done!
