You thinking about a ball diff? So far I have had no problems with the stock gear diff on mine. I've actually been plenty happy with the durability of the tranny and diff.

I'm curious about how you plan to mount the batteries, etc. Do you have a drawing you're working from?

Will you use the tranny with the one-way and keep the mechanical brake?

Plenty of questions since I was thinking of putting together a kit myself ;)
