Well Gee ...I could make a new upper shaft out of stainless steel I have a lathe and a big drill press at work
I made these for my Wheely King VXL





My WK tranny with mod.1 steel gears




So a Simple shaft and spacer won´t even make me break a sweat
I´ll post pic´s I a new thread when I start on this but I have a few other things I need to finish first

Wow! Nice mod Gee! Keep us updated on how it does on your truck. I love the idea of using lexan for this stuff. I don't have very many metal working tools, and I love working with plastic!
