My LST with Emaxx tranny amd G-Maxx conversion. Toss plastic gear and go with an aluminum one. If you decide not to go with the KB45 motor think about this setup.

Sorry man,,
That is an uncommon bolt spacing and it will not fit my motor mount.

Why not look into one of the medusa 70 or 80mm motors? A little more money but well worth it.

Thanks, but I need to round all the edges and whip up a support for the rear of the motor. Since I will be using a hacker c50 xl motor I may just make another L bracket to bolt to the rear of the can and attach on top of the current bracket.
And I really need to polish it up, looks kinda ratty... Never really finished it while it was on the lst cause I had the tdr mount on order.

yea thanks for the pic, btw do you think if i ran anything lower than a 24t pinion on the kb 8xl, will it get to hot? i do plan on making my own mount and see how that turns out. ill probably shave the shaft to 5mm also so i ill be able to use mikes mod 1's this way i got more of a variety, im worried about having the motor hit the transmission with a smaller pinion because it will need to be in closer.
does the kb45 xl motors fit that mount?

Hmm, gonna be heavy...
And you need to change your avatar, that was my old avatar and someone bitched about it so I changed it. Not to sound petty, but if I can't use it neither can anyone else...
It is funny, and alot of people did like it here, I changed it because I did not want to offend anyone... in that way
