next possible conversion. - 01.03.2009, 11:24 PM

well i was thinking about doing a slayer conversion but seeing as a already have a converted revo it would be the same thing only smaller tires bigger body. so im thinkin about associated's SC8.http://www.rc10.com/ae/sc8/sc8_home.htm

deff looks like it would make a good conversion.

Or, if cash is a consideration, just convert a buggy to a CORR truck. The wheelbase is perfect for using a slayer or slash body. Just need a little more suspension travel/clearance, and then come up with some body mounts.

I converted a MBX5 buggy and it came out great (if I do say so myself ).

As always, all my conversions are found in my sig "My Conversions" link. But anyway: http://scriptasylum.com/bl_conversions/_mbx5_corr.html

The HV-110 is currently at Castle being fixed (but I called last week and they said it was ready to ship). One of the caps vented/popped, but the ESC still worked. I just happened to notice the cap guts on the inside of the windshield. Other than that, it works. PM me for pricing...

Thanks! I agree it needs better tires, but those are the ones it came with.

Dunno how much exactly I have in it, but the buggy was ~200, motor/battery/batt tray/BEC/radio/body were typical prices. ESC was really cheap ($90 IIRC). Other stuff was custom made from aluminum pieces from my work area.
