They are NOT the same I have both...

2200 is a 1515 1y
2650 is approx a 1512 1Y

Both can take 6s...

The 2650 is better suited to 4s in a buggy

The 2200 is better suited to a MT/Truggy on 4s up to 6s

The 2200 will gear up fine in a buggy just a bit heavier...

Weird...I guess you can see my confusion when I saw the same weight on their website.

You say they can both take 6s. Man it tempting to get the 2650 just for better balance in the buggy. HMMMM

I just got off the phone with medusa and I was thinking of getting a 50 series motor for speed runs and the crt.5. BTW they are quite nice on there support!!

With anticipation of running 6s can anyone help me make a decision on which to get with the buggy. The fact that they both are 6s capable does not help me make up my mind...lol. With 6s it at 58,830rpms. Man that has got to scream.

You dont have a pic of the motors side by side do you or the ACTUAL weights?

Actaully I will look up the neu weights that you mentioned...as I read your message again.

I think I may stick with the 2200kv for durability and heat. I will buy a hotter motor from medusa for bashing and stupid speed.
