My lord are you kidding the govt could subsidize these builds for every living human and spend less than the military- imagine tho, unobtainium driveshafts, drive-by-thought capabilities.......

I did get the Pletts and the Schulze 18.97's from I-care in Germany...It is over kill but WTF...wow major power, too much power but i think i can get used to it...major wheelies on comand at any speed!!...today was a test run to see if trani or diffs exploded...NO PARTS BROKEN!!...I LOVE BRUSHLESS!!

I will put on a fresh spur gear and make another video this weekend!

You could try what I am working on Matt. I combined two monoblocks increasing my overall length to just shy of 24" to help control the wkeelie factor, and I had two custom heavy duty driveshafts made at RCAlloys. Now I am working on stretching the width to about 20". That should give enough stability to control the amount of power you have monuted for your drivetrain and keep things on the ground and moving in the right direction with the 333oz in sero. I want to try and control this one for some high speed testing. With two big maximums onboard you can probably gear for some increditble speeds if you wanted to. The real test is to do it safely and without killing your project. I should have mine up and running before the end of the year. Projects like this take time and patients. I am never in a rush even though I would love to see it run today.

i would say that the plastic spur is my only week link...but,i did get 5 10s runs out of the last one,i will go up a tooth or two

hey Jerry:2 mono's sounds funky, seems like it might be kind of flimsy where the two connect??but for straight away top speed runs it should be fine

my Dual BL was a little top heavy so i will need to adjust the shocks a little...they are polished UE supershocks with PROGRESSIVE piggy backs...now i am running 4 UE chrome springs and 4 black springs,i might swithch the blacks to reds...that should lower it a bit?...i am also going to try two 19 or 2 20 tooth pinion gears...that will also will help with the wheeelie factor

OK i have a lrge cup of coffee and will try to get the video up again...my original video was much longer and i will try to get the rest of it up also

Not at all Matt. I had to do a little dremel work on one of them to get them to match up perfectly, but they are like one solid piece now. I love the monoblocks. In fact I have 3 here now, and have already pre-ordered two more from the UE sale. I will soon post up some pics of the build once I am ready to strip it all down and loctite everything for testing. I may try your V-twin Big Maxx setup and just gear it for pure speed runs. I have one B/M & Schulze set already, so I only have to purchase one more BM and the 18/97. I am still focused on my RCM build right now though with the V-twin Dewalt 970's. The high speed lightning will come next after the RCM Maxx is bash/race ready. I look forward to seeing your new video, and also getting that new chassis from you. Have fun and be safe.

There has been a new thread started on just that. NEW PARTS has been open for a few days now sharing the info on UE trying to start up again. he is releasing the monoblock again in Feb for a start. You can pre order right now for a 20% discount, and it will be shipped sometime in mid Feb. He is getting slammed with pre orders right now, and I don't think he expected such a huge turn out. He also had to raise his prices slightly due to the economy situation, but it is still reasonable in my eyes. You better jump on this offer while it lasts.
