This is true. Not through the website and normal payment methods(every time I have, i get burned). If a bank or money transfer can be arranged, I have no problem sending a package, but after losing thousands of dollars to Thailand orders in past years, we decided to simply not ship there using the normal methods available(site won't accept orders from Thailand).
Orders from Thailand go like this:
1. email me the items requested
2. Pay via bank or money transfer
3. Hope the items arrive -I always honor my shipping commitments, but can't speak for the shipping agents - Thailand is unfortunately a difficult country to deal with in many ways(high fraud rate, poor shipping execution, etc.)
