I ran both on a GTP with similar gearing - obviously the 2200 is slower - will try to get some measurements on eagletree but that will be a while....

Sorry for being off topic...

Bensf, I live in Moraga. I guess we are neighbors. Where do you bash? We should get together one of these days and run our trucks.

Now back on topic. I read a posting by CC that mentions they prefer the 2200 even in a buggy! Now I'm confused, I thought they made the 2650 for 1/8th buggies!!!

If you want a 70+ MPH Buggy go for the 2200. If you want it to be controllable I'd stick to the 2650.

That would be cool if you could get some measurements. What i meant was the 2200 geared with a pinion gear 26.5/22 = 1.2 times as big to get the same top speed for both motors, thats all.
